Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Honley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic based in Honley, UK. We provide weight loss consultations and prescription medicines to eligible patients in the United Kingdom. Our pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511).
You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. You must be a UK resident and provide accurate, honest information during your consultation. Weight loss treatments are only available to individuals who meet specific clinical criteria, including a qualifying BMI and relevant health history.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may affect your safety and will result in immediate cancellation of your order without a refund.
All prescription medicines supplied through our service are issued by a registered prescriber following a clinical assessment. No prescription will be issued without a completed and reviewed consultation.
Our pharmacist retains the right to decline to dispense or cancel any prescription if, in their professional judgement, it is not appropriate or safe to do so. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use with Pharmacy Weight Loss Honley only and cannot be transferred to a third-party pharmacy.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be taken immediately upon checkout. If your consultation results in treatment being declined by our prescriber or pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We use tracked postal services to ensure safe and secure delivery. Pharmacy Weight Loss Honley is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your medication is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved. To do so, contact us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy law. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you receive the wrong medication or a damaged product, please contact us immediately.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Honley are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or specialist. We strongly encourage you to inform your regular GP of any medicines prescribed through our clinic.
